    Return Policy

    Customer satisfaction is our first priority. It’s OK to change your mind. We proudly provide hustle-free return/exchange service for our customers.

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product in an UNUSED condition within seven(7) days from the delivery date.

    Eligibility for Returns: Contact Lenses Return Policy 

    1. Unopened Boxes: Contact lenses may be returned for a refund or exchange if the boxes are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    2. Defective Products: If you receive defective contact lenses, such as torn or damaged lenses, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please contact our customer service team within 7  days of receiving your order to report any defects.
    3. Prescription Issues: If there are prescription issues or the contact lenses do not fit properly, we offer exchanges or refunds. Please ensure that the boxes remain unopened and contact our customer service team for assistance.

    Before sending back the product, make sure that all of the following conditions are met:

    The product you wish to return:

    – can be sent back to us only after you have received a confirmation from us with our Return request number once you have filled the Return Request Form.
    – must be sent back within 7 days from the delivery date.
    – must be unused, clean, not damaged, complete of all of its parts and accessories.
    – must be sent in its original packaging.

    If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will credit to your Optics Online account for the same amount and you may choose to select any other products available for the same cost or more. If you don’t like to make any purchases with the credit refund, we still provide you complete refund.

    Please follow these steps to return your product:
    – Click on ‘Login‘ in the top right tap bar, and login.
    – Click on ‘orders’, all your orders gets displayed. Click ‘Request Refund’ for the respective order.
    – Fill in the Return Request Form with all the details and submit.
    – Our courier service will collect the products (only in United Arab Emirates) within 3-4 working days. Please Note, the courier charges for returning the product will be deducted from the total refund.
    – Once we receive the returned items, they are carefully inspected and credit will be added to your account with in 48hrs.
    – Customer can use this credit amount to buy anything from our online store.

    Return/exchange request for rest of the world ( except UAE ):

    – Once we receive your request, we’ll update you with AWB to drop the shipment.
    – Print this AWB, to send back the shipment to our base location.
    – After examining the returned products carefully, credit will be added to the customer’s account with in 1-3 days.
    – Customer can use this credit to buy something else on our store.

     

    HANDLING, SHIPPING CHARGES, TAXES OR ANY EXTRA CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    CONTACT LENSES CANNOT BE EXCHANGE/REFUND ONCE THE PACKING IS OPENED.

    REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONLY THROUGH THE ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT.

    NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN, CREDIT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
